Meet The Chef
Chef KP is native of Plaquemine, Louisiana. He has always enjoyed creating new recipes, cooking, and feeding "the people". The Chef says that cooking is a "Science." He has taken upon the artistry of herb and spice mixology creating his own "non salt" seasoning that can be sprinkled on any food for a burst of savory flavor. It's Bananas Soul Seasoning was produced 2009. Chef KP is also the creator of It's Bananas Homemade Lemonade and The Crawfish Company's Famous "Deep Fried Meatballs."
